1. The user needs to launch the Gmail login page and enter the login details.

3. After that, the Accounts tab is clicked and under that Add a mail account is clicked.
4. When the next window is prompted, the user is required to enter the full email address of the BellSouth email.
5. In the next step, the user needs to select the Import emails from my other account (POP3) and Next is clicked.

7. Next, in the POP server field, inbound.att.net is entered.
8. Then, in the dropdown of Port, 995 is selected.
9. The option of always use secure connection is checked to proceed.
10. Finally, the Add account button is clicked and then-No is clicked on the next screen and finally Finish button.
